Surge protection devices for LED lighting: SPD G3 and SPD P5 G3 units that protect drivers in street, urban and industrial luminaires against surges of up to 10 kV, to IEC 61643-11 Type 3. They work at mains voltages up to 320 V, hold the voltage at the driver below 2 kV, and show a failure indicator LED, so a spent unit can be spotted and replaced before the driver is lost.
